Plastic products are widely used due to their superior performance, but there still limitations in the current methods and technologies for recycling processing of waste plastics, resulting a huge wasting resources environmental pollution. The element composition plastics determines its great gasification potential. In this paper, three different plastic processes designed process simulator based on conventional Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) system achieve conversion utilization as well carbon capture. Design 1 is cryogenic air separation (CAS) obtain oxygen, which sent gasifier together with steam pretreated plastics. synthesis gas purified synthesized into methanol, residual passed turbine multiple production heat, electricity, methanol. 2 uses Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) produce reduces energy consumption by 56.3% compared 1. 3 adds calcium-looping (CaL) reaction coupled high-purity hydrogen product, while capturing generated CO2 improve rate reaction.
